I understand that crowdfunding takes considerable time and energy on the part of the entire campaign team.*

I understand that the project goal may or may not be reached through crowdfunding, or other efforts.*

I understand that the NMHU Foundation will promote the campaign by sharing it in the Foundation e-newsletter and on Foundation social media outlets, but that the success of the campaign relies on my own contacts, and the contacts of my project's team.*

I understand that the Foundation must approve the list of contacts approached prior to reaching out to them via crowdfunding, and the Foundation will not provide additional contacts to reach out to through a crowdfunding campaign.*

I agree to use USEED/Funderbolt, the NMHU Foundation's approved crowdfunding platform, and to complete their training and procedures.*
